Located on the ground floor of the University Centre, our accessible Examinations Centre provides a calm and well-equipped environment for both paper-based and online exams.
From local learners to international candidates, we’re proud to offer a wide range of services in a convenient and supportive setting.
Highlands College offers external (private) candidates the opportunity to sit their GCSE, iGCSE, and GCE paper-based exams during the June and November series.
We also offer exam hosting for candidates who need to sit paper-based or online assessments without travelling to the UK - eg. for university resits or distance learning students.
Highlands College is an approved Pearson Vue and City & Guilds examination centre, offering a range of vocational exams - from initial certifications to renewals and re-certifications.
Highlands College is an approved venue for a range of professional exams. However, candidates must book their exams directly with the relevant organisation.

We offer external students the opportunity to take their GCE/GCSE/iGCSE paper exams at Highlands College for the November and June Series.
Please note that we are unable to take bookings for exams that have a speaking, practical or coursework element to them. We are only able to make entries for exam-only subjects.

Highlands College is pleased to offer the Life in the UK Citizenship Test with the Jersey Supplement, a requirement for individuals applying for naturalisation as a British citizen while residing in Jersey.
